This characterful cabin affectionately named ‘Penguin Palace’ is over 100 years old, built in the NZ pioneering days and used as living quarters for forestry and railway workers. It has a double bed that open out to a large communal covered deck with seating and a barbecue. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen with seating area.
Your stay includes a choice of:
- A generous continental breakfast consisting of cereals, fruit salad, homemade bread or toast with a homemade jam and cheese, or
- A cooked breakfast consisting of eggs of your choice, homemade hashbrowns and baked beans, char-grilled tomatoes, bacon, sausage, tea and coffee
