Terms and Conditions


Check-in is possible after 12:00 noon on the arrival date.

Check-out is before 11:00 am on the departure date.

We have a two-night minimum stay policy.

Pets are welcome but should not be a nuisance towards other guests, other pets or local wildlife – for this reason please let us know the type of pet in the reservation form.

Smoking is not permitted inside the room or in the vicinity of other guests.

WiFi is available, however due to the remote location we cannot guarantee the reliability at all times.


Payment for your online booking should be made in advance by credit card. The payment is processed securely by Stripe payments. If you are unable to pay via credit card, please contact us directly to discuss alternative arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

Should you have to cancel or your stay, please give us as much notice as possible so we can take other bookings. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the check-in date, we will refund any advanced payments, minus a small fee to cover our payment processing costs.

If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival and/or fail to show up on the reserved date, the first two nights of your reservation will be charged in full. If applicable, payments from the third night on-wards will be refunded.


You must cancel your visit if you or any of the other guests have COVID-19 like symptoms or test positive to COVID-19 within two weeks prior to your visit.
